Cholera is the intestinal infection. It is caused due the indigestion of food or water which contains bacterium vibrio cholerae. These diseases are founded for hardly five days. It produces painless watery diarrhoea which can quickly lead to severe dehydration. Sometime death will also occur if it is not treated at the correct time. For some they found vomiting during this infection. Globally cholera is threatened and it is one of the key indicators of social development. It is treatable disease. The priorities to avoid the cholera are hygiene, adequate sanitation, water supply, food safety and sewage disposal. The main thing is that the cholera is spreaded mainly from the food. To control cholera the oral immunization is used in many countries. The three main oral cholera vaccines are available is to be safe, immunogenic and effective. The food produced under good manufacturing poses only a negligible risk for cholera transmission.
